The first page of the daily newspaper IL MATTINO of Naples features an article and interview with the “GRAFFITI HUNTER”, photographer Augusto De Luca, who partially detached from the city walls some of the most beautiful graffs made by Neapolitan writers, posters and tags in various shapes and dimensions. He has done so for two years, collecting more than 200 works now decorating his home. Among his trophies there are several works by IABO.

After a series of interventions on the urban landscape, IABO decides to catch the “GRAFFITI HUNTER” red-handed and to film him while in action.

In the rooms of the NOTgallery in Naples, IABO’s personal exhibition is inaugurated. With the title REAZIONE IN CATENA (”chain reaction”), the exhibition is the result of the encounter/clash with the “GRAFFITI HUNTER”. For the occasion of the vernissage, IABO planned a vaguely fetish performance, during which the victim becomes the persecutor and cages the unlawful “collector”, handcuffed and surrounded by unreachable posters scattered on the ground.

Esce in prima sul quotidiano IL MATTINO di Napoli l’ articolo-intervista al ” CACCIATORE DI GRAFFITI” il fotografo Augusto De Luca ha parzialmente scollato dalla città i più bei graffiti dei writers partenopei, manifesti e tags di varie forme e dimensioni, lo ha fatto per due anni raccogliendo più di 200 opere che fanno bella mostra nella sua casa. Tra i suoi trofei numerose opre di IABO.

IABO dopo una serie di interventi urbani, decide di cogliere in flagrante “IL CACCIATORE DI GRAFFITI” e filmarlo durante le sue azioni.

Si inaugura all’ interno degli spazi della napoletana NOTgallery la personale di IABO, dal titolo REAZIONE IN CATENA , la mostra nasce dall’ incontro-scontro con “IL CACCIATORE DI GRAFFITI” per il vernissage, IABO ha architettato
una performance vagamente fetish, nella quale da vittima diventa carnefice
e rinchiude in una gabbia il “collezionista” abusivo, ammanettato e attorniato da
irraggiungibili manifesti sparpagliati sul pavimento.
